EducaGPT uses third-party providers such as OpenAI (GPT-4o) and Google Gemini. We clarify that none of these models are trained on user data. EducaGPT also does not use your data for training purposes under any circumstances.

Each account has a daily limit of interactions with the AI assistants, depending on the access plan. These limits are designed to ensure fair use and optimal performance of the platform. Limits may be adjusted without prior notice.
4. Learning Companionship and Sharing Features
Students may invite trusted adults —educators or guardians— to:
• Assign personalized learning objectives.
• Receive summary reports of the student’s interactions with EducaGPT, only if the student explicitly enables this feature.
Guardians only have access to the information that students have chosen to share.

EducaGPT is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal and educational data entered into the platform will not be used for commercial purposes, nor shared with third parties outside of the essential service providers required for platform functionality.
